Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders placed before 1.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 1.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

Any orders placed during Bank Holidays, or after 1.00pm GMT on the day prior, your order will be shipped out on the following business day.

 

UK standard delivery - 2 to 3 business days (Via Royal Mail) £3.50. Free delivery on orders over £100

EU delivery – 5 to 15 days (Via DHL) £12.00. Free Delivery on orders over £300.

​

Worldwide delivery – 5-15 days (Via FedEx) £25.00. Free Delivery on orders over £300.

​

We reserve the right to change our delivery partners if circumstances dictate.

 

International customers

All international orders will be dispatched to you and delivered by our nominated courier.

​

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us or our courier including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by our courier and a redelivery will be attempted.

​

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Returns policy

You can return an item within 14 days  (UK) or 21 days (Europe and Worldwide), of receipt for a refund. If you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can arrange this for you. To arrange an exchange please contact our Customer Experience Team via the email info@halfinched.com

 

United Kingdom

We can refund or exchange any Half Inched product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging, provided the product arrives back with us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, within 3 - 7 working days from receiving your return package. We kindly request that you contact us at info@halfinched.com for return authorisation and return your order on your own accord.

We will only refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error, e.g., we sent you the wrong item. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. Kindly note that this may be slightly longer during seasonal sales, festive season, and other exclusive launches. If there are any discrepancies in your order, please email us at info@halfinched.com This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Returning an order from outside the UK

Unfortunately, due to the increasing charges for returning items from outside mainland UK, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost. Please note that all items are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organise your return via our customer service team. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

Note: As we trade in GBP and due to changes in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.

International customers must clearly mark their return packages “British Return Goods” with a domestic value of £0.00, as your returned items are not applicable to Duty once they reach the UK. Please ensure you mark your parcel with £0.00, otherwise Half Inched will be charged custom duty, VAT and a clearance fee on your returned order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
